If you are flying in to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA), transportation to the University of Washington (UW) comes in the following options:

SEATTLE LINK LIGHT RAIL

The Link light rail costs around $3.50 for a one-way trip. It is around a 55 minute ride and takes you directly to the station at UW. Here is a line map showing the different stops on the light rail and the frequencies of train appearances.

Once you get to UW, make your way to McMahon Hall so that you may check in for housing.

UBER/LYFT FROM THE AIRPORT

- Uber/Lyft straight to McMahon Hall, prices vary on time you place a pickup request, but is definitely more expensive than the Link Light Rail option, average costs being around $40 - $51 for a solo ride, or $45 for a Shared ride. This option is quicker than the Link Light Rail, however, taking only about 30 minutes to arrive at UW.
