Shadowing Initiative

An initiative for regional leaders to get chapter members interested in serving on the regional executive board. This initiative is flexible in terms of what formal events the REB decides to do, but at minimum each board should solicit chapter members for interest and allow those interested members to shadow for some period of time at FRC. The shadows should also be invited to one regional board meeting.
